Student Complaints Procedure

The Student Complaints Procedure allows a student to express dissatisfaction about the standard of service provided by the University. The ‘Responsible Officer’ who will respond to complaints at a local level within the Faculty of Architecture and History of Art is the Faculty Manager, Lara Gisborne.
