Biography

Anastasia Glover is a British-Greek architect, design fellow, soprano and linguist. She's a third year Design Fellow running a studio with Rosie Hervey centred around natural materials, circularity, vernacular and building in urban environments. She's also a Director of Studies at St Edmund's College. In parallel she directs Glover Architects, a female led practice based in London that focuses on remodelling unusual historic properties for private clients, as well as new builds and commercial projects that embrace slow architecture. Projects include remodelling a ruined Irish 15thC castle, 17thC farmhouses, 18thC London townhouses, and reinhabitation of ruins in Greece. She is a founding member of Musarc, an avant-garde choir collective who perform all over Europe. She also speaks five languages and worked as a Japanese and Chinese interpreter for the BBC.
