The Faculty of Architecture and History of Art uses your personal information to assign you the correct student and to check you have relevant experience for this role (registered architect and a member of the RIBA).
Your name and contact details, and your CV will be held on the Faculty of Architecture and History of Art in secure digital and hard copy files. These details will be circulated to assigned students and staff working on the PSA scheme, during the matching process. These details will also be provided on request to the ARB and RIBA on request and during the regular registration checks the Department is required to fulfil as part of quality assessments of delivery.
On finishing as a PSA your details will be held for 7 years from the date your last student finished working with you. This is in order for the Faculty to provide evidence in the case that a student requires proof that they had a PSA for their year out.
