Professor Carlo Ratti, who trained as both an architect and engineer, is a faculty member at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Politecnico di Milano. He serves as the director of the Senseable City Lab and is a founding partner of the architecture and innovation firm CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati. Carlo pursued his MPhil and PhD studies at the University of Cambridge before completing his doctoral research as a Fulbright Scholar at MIT.
