This biennial colloquium brings together a select group of doctoral students from diverse institutional and disciplinary backgrounds working on dissertation topics related to the history, theory, and criticism of American architecture, urbanism, and landscape.

May 3, 6PM
Keynote Address by Esra Akcan entitled Right-to-Heal: Democracy from Above and Below.  Akcan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture and the Director of the Institute for European Studies at Cornell University. 

May 4, 9AM
The Dissertation Colloquium will include presentations by Irene Brisson, Erik Carver, Jonathan Cortez, Jonah Rowen, Dalal Musaed Alsayer, Gary Fox, Randy Nakamura, Yasmina El Chami, Sara Jacobs, Nikki Moore, and Gabriel Schwake. Responses by Anooradha Iyer Siddiqi, Zeynep Çelik Alexander, and Ralph Ghoche.
