Designing for Art event: join Eric Martin and others for a series of short illustrated talks by designers working in the visual arts today on January 27th at the Broadway Gallery in Letchworth

The event, which takes place from 4-5:30pm on the 27th January, is followed by a champagne reception and Private View of the current exhibition Gordon House: Pain to Print with Broadway Gallery Curator, Laura Dennis. Tickets £8/6 concessions including a glass of champagne or soft drink at the Private View with exclusive access to the Gallery from 5.30-6.30pm

Speakers include:

Matt Bagnall  from The District, a Cambridge-based graphic design agency whose work in the arts includes the identity for Storey’s Field Centre and the prospectus for Norwich University of the Arts, as well as the identity for the Gordon House: Paint to Print exhibition.

Eric Martin, Partner at Delvendahl Martin Architects and Design Fellow in the School of Architecture at University of Cambridge. Martin has collaborated with artists including Carsten Holler and Ori Gersht, designed new artist studios in East London for Bow Arts Trust, as well as exhibition designs for Tate Modern, the Hayward Gallery and the Gwangju Biennale.
