The Department of Architecture will be hosting an Architecture Taster Day in collaboration with Peterhouse College on Friday 3 March 2017. The day will include a taster architecture lecture, a course talk with tips on applying, lunch in a Cambridge college, a hands-on design session with Cambridge tutors and a visit to our studio.
The day is open to all Year 12 students currently attending UK maintained schools. Students should normally be taking Art A Level OR have grade A or A* in Art GCSE to attend (though we will take into account any extenuating circumstances). The day is free of charge, and assistance finding overnight accommodation for those travelling long distances will be provided.
The deadline for applications is FRIDAY 16 DECEMBER 2016. After the deadline places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, but priority will be given to students who meet Widening Participation Criteria.
