Dr Julie Bregulla FREng Dipl.-Ing., PhD, CEng, FICE, MEWI, MIoD

Julie is the COO of the British Board of Agreement (BBA). In her work she brings together technical, professional and societal requirements, to help deliver safety, quality and productivity in the built environment. Her work has supported some of the most innovative construction projects in the UK and abroad. Prior to her current role, she served as professor and director at TEDI London -an engineering higher education provider for future engineers, founded by Arizona State University, King’s College London and UNSW Sydney.
