Biography

Alida is an architect, urban designer, and academic. She has practiced and taught architecture internationally, in the Middle East, Central Asia, East Africa, and Europe. She brings over 10 years’ experience in complex multi-stakeholder projects across all RIBA design stages.  

Alida holds a Masters in Engineering and completed the Diploma at the Architectural Association (full scholarship recipient). Alida is appointed to the ARB Accreditation Committee, and the RIBA Validation Panel. Her research areas include: the knowledge society in space, crisis and bewilderment, and adaptive reuse.
