Scroope 32 examines the quotidian and the enchanted - the ways in which identity is constructed, projected, and framed, and the pathways by which we navigate a world that is often disorienting and alienating. We are seeking submissions that explore and challenge the forms, spaces, environments, landscapes, and constructs that we create. This issue aims to build an interdisciplinary conversation on the politics of the spaces that we inhabit, from the quotidian to the enchanted. In this issue, we ask practitioners to challenge socio-spatial representations of mythscapes, and the creation and reproduction of forms of identity, inequality, gender, ideologies, and meaning within the built environment.

Scroope 32 welcomes submissions in any form, including, articles, projects, interviews, mapping, poems, and drawings. Submissions should include a 300-word statement/abstract and a 100-word biography. Applicants can include a maximum of four images at 300dpi.

Please send submissions to scroope@aha.cam.ac.uk by [14/10/2022] with [Scroope 32 Submission] in the subject line. In addition to written works, submission of images, creative pieces, and alternative works are also encouraged. Successful contributors will be notified by [28/10/2022].
