Biography
Raynee is a construction leader with a background in civil engineering and deep contractor-side experience. Her professional journey has encompassed diverse roles in operations delivery, sales, and strategic growth across major contractors, including Galliford Try and Willmott Dixon and Balfour Beatty. Currently at CAA ICON, where she leads the delivery of complex sports and venue projects for public and private sports and entertainment facility owners/operators, professional franchises, and leagues.
She began her career on site with the London 2012 Olympics and has since evolved through major sports infrastructure, aviation, water, residential, and education projects, giving her a robust understanding of both delivery and strategic growth across varied sectors.
Raynee has led high-impact pursuits and strategic initiatives across pre-construction and business development, helping shape winning approaches that align innovation with client and community needs. Her work is driven by a passion for modern methods of construction (MMC), digital transformation, and smarter, more collaborative delivery models.
A Chartered Member of the CIOB, Raynee is passionate about cross-sector collaboration, STEM advocacy, and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals all with the goal of building a construction sector that is more resilient, forward-thinking, and people-focused.
