Our MSt in Architecture, which was devised as a degree apprenticeship, is now being made available to anyone who has an undergraduate degree in a design-related discipline who wishes to do the equivalent of an MArch degree part-time. Students can be from home or abroad and do not need to have an employer to apply. The course is designed to meet the full Academic Outcomes of the ARB. Once a graduate from this course has fullfilled the Practice Outcomes (assessed separately) they will be eligible the register as an architect with the ARB. ARB registration carries exemption from similar exams outside the UK (check ARB site for details). Applications will open in January 2026 for a September start.
For more information, see the MSt course page. You can register your interest in advance by emailing https://www.pace.cam.ac.uk/contact-us or by contacting the course leader, Professor Timothy Brittain-Catlin, at tjb43@cam.ac.uk.
