Rob Naybour (Founding Partner, Weston Williamson + Partners)

Rob will review how our approach to TOD is changing by comparing his practical experience on Crossrail with current work on developing projects, including Crossrail 2, HS2 and International work.

Rob specialises in complex projects with multiple interfaces, particularly setting up and running projects to enable high quality design. Qualifying as an architect in 1987, Rob spent his early career in multi-disciplinary design offices where he worked for a wide range of clients on a variety of building types.
Since completing a Masters in Interdisciplinary Design at Cambridge University in 1997 Rob has focused on transport and urban design projects utilising his broad knowledge of design, construction and the built environment.

Rob joined Weston Williamson in 2002 and became a main board director in 2008. In 2015 he was awarded RIBA London Project Architect of the Year for his work at Paddington.
