Robin Spence
Emeritus Professor of Architectural Engineering, Department of Architecture. With over 30 years of experience and numerous publications, Robin Spence is a world leading figure in earthquake engineering and vulnerability studies. He also has a long track record in vulnerability studies for floods, volcanic eruptions and wind storms. He is co-founding Director of Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd. The text from his Mallet Milne lecture, held in 2007 at the Institute of Civil Engineers can be found here.

Keiko Saito
Post-Doctoral Senior Research Associate, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) scientist. Willis Research Network (WRN) Fellow. She specialises in the application of GIS and particularly remote sensing to aid the assessment of the risks in the built environment. Her PhD was on the use of high-resolution satellite images for post-earthqauke damage assessment. She is also a Director at Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd.
Emily So
Post-Doctoral Research Associate and Chartered Civil Engineer, earthquake engineer, based at the Department of Architecture. Emily So has extensive experience in earthquake risk assessment, and has written her PhD on updating casualty models for earthquakes. She is also a Director at Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd.

Daniel Brown
Funded by EPSRC, Daniel Brown is doing a PhD on "Indicators for monitoring and evaluating the recovery from natural disasters." He is a Geographical Information Systems and remote sensing scientist, based at the Department of Architecture. He has an MSc from UCL in GIS and Remote Sensing.He is also an associate at Cambridge Architectural Research Ltd.
