We offer a number of events for prospective students interested in studying architecture during the year. We’ll be updating this page throughout the year when they’re confirmed for 2016-17,

If you are a prospective student (or parent or guardian) with questions about the Architecture course, or studying at Cambridge, please email, or call 01223 760110 (before 12pm).

If you are a teacher looking for possible collaborations with the Architecture department, to organise a school visit, or wanting to find out about the Architecture course at Cambridge please email, or call 01223 760110 (before 12pm).

The best time to come and find out more about our course is at our Department Open Day, which takes place at the same time as the University of Cambridge Open Day in early July. You can find out more information here.

In addition, we run a series of informal visits and tours of the department over the course of the year (dates listed in the right hand menu). These are informal tours of our facilities by our Outreach Coordinator, and do not include the opportunity to meet current staff or students. To book onto one of these, please email:

These are informal tours of the Faculty. Please note that these are not open days, and there will not be an opportunity to meet members of staff. This is a busy working department so it is not guaranteed that all facilities will be available to visit on every tour.

Prospective students are encouraged to take advantage of the activities offered by the department in the July University Open Day to gain the best understanding of the course.
